GOD BLESS AMERICA

The new President elect

I find myself wondering what is to come of our United States of America. It is a time when there are many mixed emotions about what is to come in the next four years. Many people were elated that a black candidate won the election. I am so happy that we have come this far in our country that race is not supposed to be what causes us to vote one way or another. However, just the other day some of my class mates were really openely bashing whites. Still not sure why they thought it was acceptable or politically correct to do that. Also, do they not realize that emotions are high right now and not only that, but crude comments hurt even when it is directed at whites.
Is it true that we are headed toward a sociolism? I have to admit I had to look up sociolism which lead to Marxism, and continued with communism. When you first start reading about sociolism it doesn't really sound all that bad, but there hasn't been one country where that worked. The countries mentioned that I remember were China, Korea, and Cuba. I know there was a fourth, but it evades my memory at the moment. So what now? Where are we headed? Any thoughts? I believe that faith and prayer can change any situation and I believe this is no different. I believe in my own way as many people do, we evolve as we go along. What are your thoughts about where we are headed?
